Experienced IT professional with database administration skills across both MS SQL and Oracle. Having the ability to take the technical lead in projects and supporting technical implementation whilst working on multiple projects. Currently managing company CRM, Grants system, SharePoint site. Developing Power Bi Reports and SSRS reports within the company. Currently I am the Admin for the Salesforce CRM within the company. Previously I managed the Lexis Nexis CRM.

Managing and maintaining the grants system within the organization. This involves front end user queries and back-end SQL database tasks which would involve regularly running SQL scripts to make updates to the system and provide ad-hoc reports from the database to users.

My Work

Power Bi Project at IDA Ireland

Deployment of Power Bi for the first time in the organization. Created very intuitive dashboards with complex visuals and metrics. This dashboard helped the company see how they were doing.

Salesforce deployment at IDA Ireland

My current company took the digital transformation path from an old CRM to a new advanced CRM, Salesforce. I was heavily involved in this project. My main tasks were configuring and testing MFA, SSO and profiles. Setting up users, providing them help with accessing the platform. Importing users into assignment tables, making sure users are assigned to the right queues. Also this CRM is linked to another system which runs of SQL, I had to create link tables and look up tables to connect the two separate systems.

SQL work at Enterprise Ireland

Back in 2018 with the new GPDR rules, I took initiative and captured all the data that was not being used by the company in the database, into separate temporary table and reported back to the managers with new information. This involved retrieving data from system tables and analysing the data to see which tables have not being accessed/data changed in long period.
