Learn moreMy current company took the digital transformation path from an old CRM to a new advanced CRM, Salesforce. I was heavily involved in this project. My main tasks were configuring and testing MFA, SSO and profiles. Setting up users, providing them help with accessing the platform. Importing users into assignment tables, making sure users are assigned to the right queues. Also this CRM is linked to another system which runs of SQL, I had to create link tables and look up tables to connect the two separate systems.
Back in 2018 with the new GPDR rules, I took initiative and captured all the data that was not being used by the company in the database, into separate temporary table and reported back to the managers with new information. This involved retrieving data from system tables and analysing the data to see which tables have not being accessed/data changed in long period.
